1. | Delivery is free within Edinburgh and delivery costs will be added outside the Edinburgh area.

2. | All prices quoted are valid for a period of 40 days.
|
|
3. | Staff are charged to the client for a minimum of 3 hours per member of staff.
|
|
4. | At present we do not charge VAT.
|
|
5. | Clients may supply their own drinks for an event but they will be subject to a per head service charge.
|
|
6. | If Clients require a pay bar there is £150 charge for licence and set up. Fed & Watered requires 28 days notice to obtain a license.
|
|
7. | Fed & Watered is required by law to adhere to strict regulations regarding conduct etc. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure guests act responsibly. Our services may be withdrawn if this is not adhered to and no refund will be due to the client.

8. | All prices quoted are based on the understanding that full catering facilities are available to us on site. If you require additional equipment we must be notified at time of booking as this may sustain extra charges. If you wish to supply your own equipment these must adhere to Health and Safety at Work Act. Fed & Watered accepts no liability for any equipment supplied by the client.

9. | Fed & Watered upholds statutory insurance cover, however, it accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or breakages caused by any of its employees or servants.

10. | Should any loss, injury, damage or breakables attributable to the client during the period in which the company provides services or goods occur the client shall pay Fed & Watered the full cost.

11. | Fed & Watered will make every effort to provide the menu chosen, however, if seasonal change or unavailability of produce etc, makes this impossible, we will inform the client as soon as possible and discuss an alternative. Such reasonable alternatives to the menu shall not entitle the client to cancel their order.

12. | Depending on the scale of the event a non-refundable deposit of 10% will be charged to confirm a booking. Fourteen days prior to the event the clients are expected to pay 50% of the anticipated total amount. This is non-refundable if the client cancels up to 48 hours prior to the event, after this period full cost of the event will be incurred. The remaining balance is due 14 days after the event, any overdue invoices may be charged with 8% per annum interest over the Royal Bank of Scotland base rate for the period outstanding. All bank charges relating to non-payment and/ or any form of returned payment will incur a charge up to £50 per day at the discretion of Fed & Watered.

13. | Fed & Watered retains the right to cancel an event if any or some of the above conditions are not met. We also retain the right to charge full cost in this circumstance.
